Tooth & Gums Tonic is a professional strength, alcohol-free mouth rinse. A small amount goes a long way. Use Tooth & Gums Tonic daily as directed by your dental professional. Shake bottle gently before each use. Swish vigorously with 1/3 - 1/2 capful for 30 seconds, gargle if desired and spit out. For best results do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Use this product at least once a day after brushing for no cavities. Just returned from dentist and no cavities were found after almost a year of use.

This may work well for others but if you have problems with canker sores be very leary. When I tried it for two days, at the end of the second day my gums felt a little tender so I stopped using it. Sadly it was too late and my gums then turned a bright purplish shade of red. It was a pretty color, just not something I ever want to see in my mouth. Then to make things worse my gums got extremely puffy and sensitive and it was like a canker sore grenade went off in my mouth. I stopped counting them at 45. It has now been 5 days of doing everything I can do to expedite the healing of the sores and things are just now getting better. On the bright side of things it works great as an appetite suppressant..... when you have a mouthful of canker sores the last thing you want to do is put food in your mouth! The attached photo is after 5 days. I couldn't even touch my lips before then to get a decent picture as it hurt way too much.
