 Bad brush heads

Been having issues with brush heads lasting longer than a week or so. They start out strong then start working intermittently. It's been with each pack I order. I have had to send back 2 different orders because heads are defective.

My major review for JetPik brushes is for the General Use brush, but I did want to say that I like this brush type for occasional serious cleaning of my teeth. I use it with the other two types, which offer other advantages. I want to note that I have been evaluating JetPik products since June 2015 (without compensation other than the products to evaluate) and think they are the best I've ever used. My gums and teeth are in much better shape since I began using the JetPik system. I definitely recommend this brush for heavy-duty cleaning.
