Book is a bit dated in areas of current available technology but still useful in great measure for systems establishment in areas of staff training , documentation, and patient assessment and treatment planning format, and delivery in other non traditional settings such as third world missionary programs. An updated edition is anticipated reflecting new development in mobile delivery equipment and new developments in medical and pharmacological science, and particularly in automated documentation and computerized recordkeeping and information management.

If you want to do mobile dentistry, this is one of the few guides out there. Gives great advice. He also advises on potential pitfalls.
