I have achy tooth that needs some repair soon, and when I use both the TheraNeem toothpast and mouthwash it stops hurting. Highly recommend this this product.

If you have a deep filling or root canal beware of this purchase

Started trying this a few days ago and it seems to work wonderfully on all my teeth except for a deep filling I had done last year. I noticed on the second day I was getting a sensitive feeling around that tooth and thought perhaps it was something else. On the third night after brushing it felt really irritating and kept awake an otherwise sound sleeper for an entire night. Went to the dentist the same morning a few hours later and tests,x-ray, all came through with flying colors...gums were a very healthy pink around everything. Dentist extremely recommended I halt usage immediately and was told a few times a year on certain patients with a deep filling this could possibly occur. I lost my strong appetite for two days with this strange sensation that occurred with Theraneem. I have been for months exclusively been using the Himalaya Botanique neem toothpaste brand with out any adverse effects. I thought I would try the Theraneem since it also had been highly reviewed, but I'm afraid I'll just be ordering more Himalaya after this debacle I suffered through albeit temporarily. I still believe this could be an excellent toothpaste for more of the population, but if you have any deep fillings or perhaps untreated areas you may want to stay away from this certain brand. I have two other very minuscule cavities and they have NOT been affected whatsoever by Theraneem and it seems to affect a deep filling and perhaps even a root canal if you have one. It seems to be a fine product, but I just wanted to leave a small note for others that may have similar conditions and could be wasting money if they could possibly have adverse sensations that could quickly leave one with anxiety believing something catastrophic has happened when its ingredients in Theraneem.
