This is a great toothpaste. Not sure if it helped whiten my teeth but definately worked on helping with my sensitivity. I have been ysing Sensodyne for a year and did not work at all. Bilut after threw days of using this my sensivity is all gone!!
Now I hope it work for receeding gums!!
