The only toothpaste I've found that both HAS fluoride and DOES NOT HAVE sulfates. Perfect. Flavor is nice, much less sweet and intense than traditional toothpaste. It takes some getting used to, but you will not go back.

My dentists have found my teeth and gums doing well since I started using this toothpaste. My dentist recommended using baking soda in teeth cleaning because it suppresses cariogenic bacteria. That's a main ingredient in this toothpaste. And it has fluoride for remineralization, and is without sodium laureth sulfate, which I find dries my mouth.

I liked it at first but after a few weeks my tongue swelled up and looked like a sea anemone. I am not one of those people who is allergic to much. This might work for some people but be careful.

Salty taste from the baking soda, but otherwise fine. It's the only toothpaste I can find that is SLS-free but also has fluoride.

This is the second two-pack of Trader Joe's toothpaste I've purchased. I'm a fan. I don't know if they changed the formula though (the packaging doesn't say there are any changes), but this batch is thicker than the last - far more paste-like. It makes my teeth feel very clean, whether I'm using the electric toothbrush or the manual, and it doesn't make my teeth sensitive. I had to stop using whitening toothpaste because it was making my teeth ridiculously sensitive, so I switched to this brand. It tastes nice and pepperminty, but doesn't leave an aftertaste like some natural toothpastes can. I also tried toothpaste with bentonite clay, but it was bothering my teeth, I think because of the metal fillings. For me, this is the second best toothpaste option, right after homemade toothpaste.
