Cheap china made sh*t! I've had a total of three units. First unit I bought was DOA, did not turn on out of the box; great QC there! Second unit I had to return because the pump was unbelievably loud and made a knocking sound. The third on i decided to keep because it was the best of the worse. The unit is still loud, I had to place it on a mouse pad to get reduce the rattling sound. Unbelievable how my parents Braun water pik unit from 20 years performed better and quieter than this one. I reiterate Cheap china sh*t avoid. I do not understand how people will give this a good rating, guess they have never held some made of quality materials. Everything on this feels cheap.
