Stopped Working Within 3 Weeks

We have had this waterpik for about 3 weeks. Worked great at first, but after only 3 weeks of use the waterpik stopped turning on. For the price I expected something a bit more durable that would last much longer.

I like this model a lot. It is quiet, (comparably) powerful, and does a good job cleaning my teeth. I like the features on this model better than my earlier Waterpik. I like having a pause button on the handle instead of an on/off switch, the nozzles are easier to store, and the cord coils easily.
