 An oral irrigator that really works and is senior friendly

We selected this oral irrigator after much online and in store research. We selected the product mostly based on online Amazon.com reviews by satisfied customers and they were right on. The compact easy to use device leaves one's mouth feeling fresh and clean. It was surprising that after a through flossing, brushing and rinsing the irrigator still flushed out hidden particles. A word of caution, do not point it at anything you do not want to irrigate such as your free flying parakeet.
We are in our 70's and glad to say we still have our own teeth and we do all we can to keep them.

 Great product for 30 days

I received this water pic Sept 19th. the product worked great! After about a month the power switch took 2-3 times to get it to turn on. A week later it stopped working at all. This was a great product for the 1st 30 days I just wish it still worked.

I love this better then any other oral irrigator. From the first day it was loved by all in the family. It held a charge for almost a month of use. BUT after putting it on charge for the FIRST TIME, it wouldn't work any more. I called the service # to complain and they sent me a brand new one quickly. I didn't even have to send the old one back. That one lasted TWO charges before it died. Upon 'tinkering' with the two of them after it died, I found that the battery compartment is NOT as waterproof as it should be, so everything inside was wet and rusted and shorted out. If they would fix that I would happy to buy another one.

The product worked really well for just over a month. One night it came on while everyone was asleep. The buttons wouldn't respond and there was no way to turn it off. I eventually wrapped it in a towel and closed the bathroom door. It stopped after 30 minutes. After that, it would not charge and never worked again.

When my husband's dentist recommended he use an irrigator, I ordered this ToiletTree product after comparing it to more expensive units. I liked that it is cordless and compact enough to travel with. He was very pleased with it until it quit working. After contacting customer service, they replaced the unit within days at no charge. 8 months later that one quit. Again, they sent a replacement right away. I understand that the new unit has been reworked to take care of the battery problem. All in all I couldn't be happier with this product. When it works it's great, and if it doesn't, the company stands behind it.
