Little to no water force. Useless for cleaning teeth. Bought it from Amazon, tried it then quickly returned it. Complete waste of money but fortunately I got my money refunded.

I bought this on the advice of my dentist. I used it for 3.5 months and it stopped working. It holds a charge, starts up, makes a noise and produces no air. Save your money.

Broke in Less Than One Week!

Less than a week of use and the trigger you press down on stuck and there's no way to turn it off. It just keeps spraying. No way to remove a battery. Nothing.
Reading the reviews on here I was hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones, but alas, no.
Less than one week and already issues.
Other than that, I was happy with the product.
Hey, Sonicare, since you seem to read and respond to these reviews, WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING SUCH OVERPRICED JUNK that you're obligated to replace under warranty? How do you make any money at this when your products are this issue prone across the board?
The Sonicare toothbrushes we bought also didn't last the length of the warranty even though they too were rather pricey. We replaced them with Oral B equivalents and have had no issues since. NONE AT ALL.
Why are you making such poorly designed, fragile products and charging premium prices?

it only work for few month..just purchase the unit last year Oct. But..it no longer working.
Having issue with the battery. Unable to recharge.

Faulty product, breaks quickly
