Really wish I hadn't wasted my money. This item feels very flimsy, almost delicate. It is very loud and irritating. An absolute mess to use. I think a couple vigorous mouth swishes with faucet water do pretty much the same job. Off to Goodwill.

Love this product! My teeth feel amazing and it makes flossing and brushing fun. It came with 7 tips and one is a toothbrush head so I have started brushing with the waterpik too. I'm not sure if this is good or bad but when water flossing on teeth with cavities, the water flosser definitely feels sensitive in those areas. I feel like it is a Good thing because it will get me into the dentist to handle any minor cavities sooner than later. Other tips include a plaque finder and a firm tip picker. They work great. It makes brushing fun. And teeth feel healthy. The color of this is true to the picture. It is beautiful. Buying a second set of all the tips for my husband so we can share. I was going to buy a nice electric toothbrush too, but no need now since the toothbrush tip is included with this.

Love the way it looks, I got the teal. And yes I'm one of those people that will pay a premium for cute stuff, obviously. With the negative reviews I half expected the thing to leak like crazy and sound like a lawnmower but really, it's not loud and it doesn't leak at all.
Performance is good, I am one of those rare freaks that enjoys the dental hygienist scraping my gum line and cleaning my teeth. I floss like a madwoman, and I didn't get the appliance to replace flossing but for around my crown and dental implant and for the added bonus of "extra" clean teeth behind those hard to reach molars. I like the way it feels on my gums, and I must say my teeth do feel pretty spectacular! Sound investment and great addition to my dental hygiene routine.
