 Better than string floss to me.

The Waterpik Whitening Professional Water Flosser is my first "water flosser", and I'm finding that I like it better than string flossing. The unit itself is medium sized. It does take up a bit of room on the sink/counter. It should only be an issue if you have a small sink though. It's easy to setup and use. I'm not really seeing any benefit from the whitening tablets, so I'll just use the flosser without them when they run out. There is also no storage on the unit for any extra tips or extras you might have. It's not a big deal. I have plenty of drawers. As for the Waterpik Whitening Professional Water Flosser's performance, I don't really see any whitening, but it does a very good job of flossing. It is fairly gentle and does a good job of getting stuff out from in between my teeth. I won't be using string floss anymore unless absolutely necessary. The Waterpik Whitening Professional Water Flosser isn't a perfect device, but I still like it.

This machine is awesome!! I highly recommend to anyone who hates flossing or who has yellow teeth. It is super easy to use and although a little loud when on, it is way more effective than using regular floss and with bleed-less results . It has 10 levels of intensity and comes with different tips for various uses. My favorite item that is included in this product are the whitening pellets that you insert on the dispenser and when using it gives your mouth a very minty fresh wash. With regular use, you will see plaque and yellow stains gradually disappear from your teeth. Awesome product.

I like this Waterpik. It is powerful and doesn't take up a lot of space in my bathroom. I don't know that the tablets did much for me, but I think Waterpiks are generally good (the ones I used) and do a good job (though my dentist says not as good as floss). I drink coffee and was hoping to would get the stains out, but it didn't really do a lot.

Excellent design. Looks perfect when placed to the left rear of the sink. Hose does not tangle up like the older models. Reservoir has a hinge top door to keep the water sterile. Precise throttle control with plenty of pressure. Refreshing, like a breath mint. Not sure it really whitens teeth though. We do not notice a difference.after using the product daily for a month. Buy it. You will be glad you did.
