I have been using Biotene over a year now. I am getting amazing results that my dentist is noticing. Cures my dry mouth. I use it morning and at night; every night. I also use the Biotene toothpaste.

I've tried other products but none of them gave me any relief from the problems of Schogrens syndrome. I've calculated the cost and it safves money

 I wish it didn't burn

The reason why i chose this rating is because i found out that this rinse has potassium thiocyanate which is another name for potassium cyanide. Before you get alarmed, it may not be harmful if only ingested in small amounts, not like the whole bottle or anything. It can be moderately toxic if swallowed.
I found that it was a little irritating but it did freshen my breath. I just wish i could find a mouthwash that was refreshing and cleaned my breath and gums without having harsh chemicals in it.
If there was an all natural mouth wash, or one with less toxic chemicals i would try it.
I feel like i'm running out of options here.
