This is pretty good. I've used plastic scrapers in the past but this is obviously a more sterile and effective clean. Don't press down too hard! Relaxed swipes should do the trick.

Honestly the Best Tongue Sweeper, September 20, 2015

I was like you. I brushed my teeth thoroughly twice a day. Check. I made sure I would clean around my mouth and my tongue with both the bristles and the back of the brush tongue scraper. Check. Mouthwash too, didn't forget that. Check. I thought this was enough. I really did. And then I was told my breath smelled bad. It was scarring. It really was.
You see, I didn't know that the tongue contained like 90% of the bacteria that caused bad breath. I didn't know that apparently the tongue scrapper on the back of your brush isn't effective enough. So after being told my breath smelled bad, I did some research. Originally I stumbled upon a plastic tongue scrapper called Orabrush that you can get at target for like $4 or so, and I picked one up. It worked good and I actually saw the white stuff on my tongue being removed. Relief! However, a few weeks in, I noticed it starting to not clean my tongue as well as it originally did. I did some research and some people mentioned that with this certain brand, the little cleaning hairs get weaker and eventually don't work as they should. Dang, back to bad breath.
While searching through amazon for some sort of replacement, I noticed a majority of them were plastic. Naturally, after my past experience, I was skeptical so I kept looking. I finally stumbled upon this baby, a stainless steal tongue cleaner!
So Why Buy This?
1) You don't have to replace this as often as you do a plastic cleaner. Do you ever have to replace this? 2) It won't wear down. 3) It comes with a travel case for when you're on the go. That's important. You need to be able to bring this with you in case you eat onions or something! 4) It's sharp enough to get the white gook off, but not too sharp.
This tongue sweeper is now part of my daily routine, and it should be part of yours as well. I mean after all, one day we could converse in person and I'll be on the opposite end dying inside.
-NOTE-
My case came dented in the mail. I messaged Biocurv and they responded shortly after saying they would send out a replacement that day. I just received it today and they actually sent me two, I guess to make sure at least one arrived in perfect condition and that I'm a happy customer. Great customer support. Really.
