Gen flex scrubs are the best scrubs out there for guys, I have tried them all. They hold up to 300+ washes and look good for the first 200. The only time I have torn is when riding my bike to work.
Patients regularly grab onto them and steady themselves, and I haven't noticed any stretching from this.
Dickies Gen Flex is all I buy now.
They do run big.

Love the strechy portion of the waist and legs. Lots of flexibility in these pants. They seem a bit long, but I really do not like to see ankles when I sit down.
Odd pockets, velcro where you don't need it.
Minus 1 star for the pocketinsanity.
38 waist, 5'11"

GREAT pair of scrub pants!, November 23, 2015

These scrub pants are very comfortable. They have a just-right feel in the waist with a little extra room in the seat and legs, allowing the pants to move freely. I wear them daily to work, and they have held up to multiple washings and wears without any signiificant wear or tear on the pants.The pockets are ample and provide plenty of room to hold all your things. The only drawback is the velcro wallet pocket on them. The velcro is very strong, but sometimes it can really take some work to get the velcro unstrapped. Also, if you don't fasten it just right, it can catch on chairs or fabric seating. But this is a very small issue compared to how well these have held up over time - in other brands, I can go through a pair in a month or less!
Overall: I definitely reccomed these. They are my favorite brand in scrub pants.

I like the pants for it's extra pockets! I wish they had a zipper, and I wish a person could select a pant length. I feel like I'm walking on the cuff of my pants all the time.

I really like Dickies scrubs. I wore my last set weekly for three years. The Generation Flex Mens Youtility Scrub pants fit fine, but the pocket layout is not the same and I don't like it. The cargo pocket (where I used to keep my phone) is lower and now my phone swings back and forth when I walk and I have to bend over to reach it. Above the cargo pocket is a pocket that is too small to be useful at holding anything I use daily. Also, there is no zipper and the pant ties are thinner than my old dickies. I wear hunter green and these hunter green pants don't match my old hunter green scrubs, which means I have to buy tops to match.

I went to a store to try on before I ordered. Was surprised that size Medium was the best fit. I wear a Large in most everything else.
