A necessary book, June 7, 2009 |
This new edition brings color images and graphics. The paper is of better quality and the contents, the most important thing, is the same, actualized indeed. The best book, no doubt.

As expected, as fine as is and was., June 7, 2009 |
As a well famous known text book for the anesthesiologists, this book was, is and will be one of the gold standard. Much more fine page layouts than the previous edition, and the best part is on-line link up text for the customer services.

easy to read; it's a work clinical oriented in comparison to MIller (the last one is fantastic but heavy and encyclopedic). well done the items concerning mec. vent. and airw. handling. it's cheap considering the ratio value/price. it covers all you need in your practice.

My reference book of choice, May 12, 2007 |
I use this book constantly. This is, in my opinion, the easiest of all the reference books to read and gets down to the information that I need. I love it.

Outstanding clinical reference, October 12, 2005 |
Dr. Barash et. al. have produce a very thorough reference for clincal anesthesia. This book is great because it has the advanced information for understanding concepts of anesthesia without bogging you down with overwhelming research summaries. It is more advanced than Morgan and Mikhail but more understandable and to the point compared with Miller. It is just right.
