What a waste of time! The book can be summarized "How I'm a failure at being a periodontist so I need to blame the dental profession for MY inadequacy". Four pages were dedicated to a discussion I had with the author on a Dental Forum called osseonews. [...] Of course the debate is over and LANAP has won the argument.

 The Most Valuable Book I Have Read, August 30, 2008

This book is absolutely spell-binding. Not only is this book well written and easy to read, but I found that once I started reading it I just couldn't put it down because the information presented is so useful and practical for everyone. If doctors would only read this book maybe we could all expect to receive better health care; at least they would learn how to be better doctors.
Moreover, this book is written by an experienced doctor who knows his profession and the trouble patients are having today in their search for competent care. This is an outstanding resource which every potential patient should read BEFORE they need the help of a doctor!
Read this book, use this book, keep this book - it is OUTSTANDING.
