3.0 out of 5 stars.  Not really sturdy...easily blown off by wind, May 17, 2009
By feen bean
Its very light plastic, so my cats pretty quickly torn this to shreds, and one actually blew off my patio. Its ok for the price, if ur bike is not exposed to wind, and you dont have naughty kitties.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  well.....its waterproof, June 3, 2009
By esully1 (Rockledge, Fl)
I bought this cause it was under 10 dollars and I needed a cover for my electric bike just in case it rained while I was at work. We have no cover at the rack. Unfortunatly the material is so light that the wind blows it off your bike and down the block. It has a velcro patch at the bottom but its not strong enough to hold it for long periods of time. If you get high winds and plan on using this outside I would go with something heavier.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Get what you pay for, July 19, 2009
By Conrad (Astoria, NY)
This cover didn't keep my bike dry out on the balcony in the rain and the two times I put it on my bike, it ripped in multiple places. The fabric is very light and tears easily. It's comparable to a disposable table cloth, which would probably be cheaper. I recommend using one of those before you consider this.

I love this cover, but I purchased it to cover my bike in the house, not outside!

2.0 out of 5 stars.  cute but that's about it, December 12, 2010
By victoria
My husband purchased 2 covers for our bikes, yes the design is nice but these covers DO NOT LAST. They blow off easily and start to get lots of tears. This cover might be okay if your bike will be inside but save yourself the money and trouble and get a heavy duty cover if you are going to have your bike outside.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Flimsy piece of junk, November 27, 2010
By Kate Argote
I put this cover on my bike late in the afternoon. By morning there was a large tear along the seam and my handle bars were sticking out. It blew off with the first sign of wind too, even though I'd secured the velcro closure. You'd be better off buying a tarp from the hardware store or wrapping your bike in Saran-wrap.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  bicycle cover, July 17, 2010
By phyllis shelton
Bicycle cover looks really nice, had nice design, however, material was really thin and it ripped very easily. Not very durable. It would be best to invest money in something more sturdy. We used for 20 inch bike. My 14 year old son had a hard time putting the cover on and taking it off. During this process it would rip easily. I don't think product will last long, already has holes in it and it is only a few weeks old.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Listen, October 16, 2009
By Exarkervonemus (South Pasadena, CA)
Material is too thin and too light. Easily blown over by wind. Easy to rip. Don't make the mistake and spend $8 on a plastic bag.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Waste of money if you're looking for an outdoor bicycle cover, October 14, 2009
By A. C. Myers (Los Angeles, CA)
This bicycle cover is made of very thin material, the slight breeze on my covered patio ripped it to shreds within two weeks of purchase. It was a waste of money, and I would not recommend unless you were using indoors. Even then, I would expect that you would quickly develop tears through normal usage.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Ventura Bicycle Garage Cover, August 11, 2009
By Lord Charles E. Mason II (Portland, USA)
I will sum it up in two words "It Suck" Just after one week I found rips all over. If you are going to sell something at least have it last 6-months to a year. Stay away from this.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Torn apart in one month, August 6, 2009
By Moon Hiker (Torrance, CA USA)
Very thin vinyl. Once a cut is made by accident, you can hardly stop it from completely tearing apart.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Not good, August 27, 2011
By charlie
I have had the cover for about 2 months and it's deteroating. If yoy try to move the cover holes appears and you have to fix those with e.i., tape, therefore, if you want to buy this product, you CANNOT use it outside. I know it's cheap but I actually thought it would last on my balcony.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Garage Bike Cover, July 26, 2011
By S. Powers (San Diego)
I was dissapointed when I received my cover. Although is looks great and will keep the dust off my bike it is made of a really thin plastic material which will rip easily. When placing in on my bike it got hung up on my wicker basket, making a hole:(. Also there was a 2 inch section on one seam that was not sewn. For the price, I guess you get what you pay for.

2.0 out of 5 stars.  Cheap junk you can get some use out of, July 19, 2011
By J. Davis (Orange County, CA)
Very cheap and flimsy, use outdoors at your own peril. I use it to cover my bike in the garage. I treat it very gingerly when covering the bike as it is very apparent from the materials that this cover will rip if you just look at it wrong. If I was storing a bike for the winter or something and was not going to be taking the cover on and off, I might consider it again. For normal use, no way, it will rip.

Good product for the price....fair quality. If I desired a better product, I would have ordered one that cost more. Got what I expected for the price.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Bike cover, May 21, 2011
By JP
Received this from Amazon.com after reading many reviews and lots had negative ones but I just needed to try this for myself. It came within the week and now I use it outside my patio to cover one of my bikes. The material is very very thin and be careful when you use this to cover your bike because if you pull to hard and this plastic gets caught somewhere it will tear guaranteed. So far so good no tears but I know if I pull with a little force somehow to remove it will tear. I'm going to look for a heavier bike cover later on to cover my other two bikes. Thanks

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Bike Cover, March 6, 2011
By ComfortPriority (Fresno)
This is a great cover for my very expensive bike, I rarely ride - when the garage door is up the bike it not so noticable to those driving by who might want to come back later and illegally borrow my bike -

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Ventura Bicyle Garage Cover, May 19, 2012
By Kit Kat
This cover is nice for a bicycle that you keep in your garage/shed, etc. It's not real thick so I would not keep outside and can rip or puncture if the bicycle fell down. If you plan to just uncover your bicycle ever so often than this is the cover for you! Also, the design is cute and is well made for light keeping. Enjoy!

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Venture Bike Garage Cover, March 19, 2012

This product completely covers my son's bike, however if you have the bike outside, the plastic easily blows away. I guess for the price, it's ok but not for outside protection.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  flimsy, March 17, 2012
By Jill C. Crawford (MA)
I bought these to put our bikes outside, under the eaves of the house. They looked good, but after about 1 month, they were shredded by the wind, as they had become very brittle in the sun.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Don't waste your money, March 17, 2012

I purchased three of these to cover bikes through the winter. They were awful and ripped from just sitting on the bikes. Don't waste your money on them.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Great to cover bike under a roof, March 16, 2012
By Steve (California USA)
Great to cover your bike under a roof. That's what this product was made for. The negative reviews probably let this product be entirely exposed to the element. So of course those customers will be dissappointed. My is being used for my mountain bike (which I hardly ride now) out in a roofed patio. It keeps the bike from collecting dust, that's all.

3.0 out of 5 stars.  Bike cover, December 12, 2011
By Wanda Osby (DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FLORIDA, US)
Cover is not quite as thick as I thought it would or needed it to be. Too light weight and wind can easily blow away. Other than that, I guess it will do in a pinch.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Don't buy this cover, December 5, 2011

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this cover. It is made of such flimsy plastic that my thumb perforated it while I was putting it on the bike. Please don't buy this product.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Crap!, October 31, 2011
By Beast
I bought this last fall for my bikes and it ate itself. I mean, it literally just fell apart. At first it was a little hole, but then more and more of it disappeared, the weird thing is I can't even find the chunks that fell off. It's like it's biodegrading or something. A trash bag would have been more effective. Plus when I first put the cover on the bikes it tore like it was made of rice paper or something. Just, don't even bother, if you buy this you might as well throw it away and leave your bike out in the rain.

1.0 out of 5 stars.  Flimsiness is shocking, October 19, 2011
By Eugene Tsiang (Honolulu, HI United States)
I bought two of these from a Hong Kong vendor and they both lasted less than a year. One lasted 7 months and the other is coming apart after only 3 months. That's because the material disintegrates in the elements, especially under wind and sun. The Velcro closure at the bottom is a joke.
