Over the top. Burns far above cleaning. I do not recommend. It's supposed to do so many things when it really feels Like you're gargling with chemicals :(

I like the taste of this mouth wash, it's not bitter at all. It foams a bit in the mouth, but it works great Since I started using this mouth wash I can feel the benifits
