This book is perfect for middle school aged students to learn about hygiene and their bodies. Organized in an easy to find way with fun pictures and an inviting look to it. I have used bits and pieces for elementary students.

Great approach to a sometimes difficult subject to discuss and explain to a preteen. Highly recommend this book for explaining and guidance for young people. Lots of trivia to keep the interest.
