Penny has a unique style to break things down into language that the average practice owner can easily understand. Her emphasis on the numbers and key performance indicators as the drivers in the practice allow one to benchmark and to measure success. Easy to read, enjoyable and powerful book. Andy Cleveland

Penny Reed's book was recommended to me as I entered the Dental Office Management profession. "Growing Your Dental Business" not only propelled me into a new career, it became a valued guide to understanding the proper way to operate a dental practice successfully. I re-read sections of this book several times, as it provides very practical approaches and solutions to the daily challenges in a high production practice. This book is a must have for anyone who wants to fine tune their operations and experience a growth in their business success.

Absolutely a great book for any dental practice!!! So many great tips to help grow your dental business. We will for sure be able to implement many of them into our daily routines to make the flow better, as well as be able to be more effective. This is not only for the business owner, but the whole team will be able to gain so much knowledge and have a better understating of the "why we do this" situations and the "how to make us better" perspective. For sure a must read!!!

I read this book and hoped to pick up a couple of pointers for streamlining business. Instead, I found page after page of specific, applicable instructions to increase profitability. I'll be able to implement these immediately. This book is obviously geared towards dental businesses (and includes dental terminology and situations), but could still be useful as a general business help book too.
