My teeth feel much cleaner with this than regular drugstore toothpaste. It also helped to whiten them just a bit. The only thing is that it gets stuck in the toothbrush if you swipe the toothbrush then brush it directly onto your teeth. So what I do is swipe it onto my toothbrush, then "eat" the paste off my brush and swirl it in my mouth so that it doesn't get wasted stuck inside my toothbrush (no swallowing of course), and also so that it gets evenly distributed around my mouth. Then, I start brushing. I don't mind doing that so hence the 5 stars.

Absolutely love this toothpaste. The clove and peppermint make it taste wonderful... I've noticed a large decrease in plaque, and my teeth aren't as sensitive. My husband has gingivitis and his breath is not as horrible as it was before usage.. his gums aren't swelling and bleeding anymore either. Strongly recommend and won't buy a different brand of toothpaste from here on.

Best toothpaste out there. When I go for cleanings they are wondering if I have been somewhere else in between -- keeps gums and teeth in excellent shape.
