I use this for my gums and it has helped thicken them where they are receding, it also helped plump my lips pretty significantly which is a great added bonus (even though it will only last as long as I keep using the toothpaste) , I want to write a review so you don't make the same mistake I did DO NOT use this as your main toothpaste!! as it has nothing in it that actually kills germs. I used it with an electric toothbrush and hadn't been paying close attention to my teeth for a few weeks until they started to feel weird , looking closer at them they were like yellow coated and gross, I took off the head of my electric toothbrush and there was black grim inside it ... it was really my fault for not reading the ingredients closely because I would have noticed that there is nothing in there that kills germs , I wish they would have said on the label that this is best just for gums and not for use as your main toothpaste!

my front teeth began to turn BROWN shortly after using this. After several weeks determined it might be the paste so stopped, One day later after returning to my regular paste, the brown began to go away.

This toothpaste is a funky gel, not a paste. This is the second tube for me. I had some tooth sensitivity, and this was the only toothpaste that I could use. I no longer have the sensitivity, but like I like it and continue to use it. It has a very light and pleasant peppermint flavor.
