Gave me very noticeable results. However, it was a bit messy to use. I never got the tray to fit my mouth comfortably.

Despite following the instructions the mouth trays did not form properly so I'm not able to use the gel. I tried putting the gel into the trays and using them anyway but it leaked out and burnt my gums. I can't say if the gel lightens your teeth or not because I couldn't use it.
