I wanted to love it but I am disappointed, November 21, 2014

It is a strange book, I wanted to love it but I am disappointed.
There are some fantastic chapters and features (for example, great chapters on dosimetry and tx planning and delivery - something that, at least in my program, we don't get any training in) - but then some things are quite bizarrely missing. For example, in the chapter on liver there is NOT ONE mention of SBRT - not one word! And this is not an isolated example.
Also, if I were the author, I would include more info about contouring, doses, etc. Some chapters have plenty, but some don't, so you need to scramble for another resource. A solid book, but incomplete in scope.
