 No index in the Kindle version! A non-starter for a medical handbook., May 04, 2014

Kindle version's index is just a nested list of words. No locations. No links.
When word searches return too many hits, your stuck guessing and scanning.
Not good for clinicians who need quick information.
Hopefully the next edition will fix this.

there are many mistakes in this book, even its a 7th edition, for example see page 346 table 22-22 under antibiotic selection: Vancomycin(anaerobic and gram-negative microbes),,,,,,,,,, its not gram negative its gram positive, how come we can find such a mistake in this 7th edition???!!! i don't think i can trust other information mentioned in this book.
