Dr . Rutherford is my dentist! The information contained in this book is very helpful . I gave it to two friend who want to get dental implants like i have and they were both very happy with it. Dr. Rutherford and his wonderful staff deserve all the praise we could give for excellence.

As far as I know, all these co-authors wrote this book for charity, as the proceeds go to charity. This is one of the most useful books I have ever had.

There is a whole series of these books listing dentists, lawyers etc. who pay a fee or "investment" to co-author a book as a marketing tool. Its pretty sad.
