5.0 out of 5 stars.  In my opinion this is the best textbook for diagnostic oral radiology on the market, April 20, 2015

In my opinion this is the best textbook for diagnostic oral radiology on the market. Written at the specialist level. I use it everyday in my OMR practice.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  An excellent reference for all sorts of imaging, October 29, 2014
By S. Wong (South Bend, IN)
An excellent reference for all sorts of imaging. The only disadvantage was the cost; however, this is a must-buy reference book for all those in the dental field.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Excellent book, July 02, 2013
By Dr Ahmed Zakaria
High quality paper, high quality images
Everything an oral radiologist needs to know. What makes this book different is that images are not conventional panoramic and intraoral images, images are all of advanced modalities like CT, CBCT, PET with CT and MRI
I dont think a dentist is interested in this amount of information regarding oral and maxillofacial pathology especially radiographic appearance of lesions and radiographic differential diagnosis. it is best suited for oral and maxillofacial radiologists
I advice beginners and dental students to start with 'white and pharaoh; oral radiology principles and interpretation' first because it reviews the basic information regarding radiographic appearance of oral and maxillofacial pathology
Diagnostic imaging; oral and maxillofacial is best suited for oral radiologists who want to expand their knowledge and diagnostic skills.
The very big collection of images help the radiologist become more familiar with the radiographic appearance of different lesions and the comment besides images helps the radiologist confirm their information and improve the writing style in my point of view
I'm very happy I have this book and I recommend oral radiologists who are beginning their career to get it
Thanks

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Comprehensive text for dental 3D imaging, December 19, 2012
By J Hamilton DDS
The dental market has been flooded with offers of 3D imaging machines. There are very few comprehensive texts or
courses for dentists to learn in depth what 3D imaging can truly offer. After reading a half dozen texts over the last 5 years, this is the most comprehensive treatment of the subject from normal anatomy to pathologic differential diagnosis.
