It deserve more than 5 stars. Unique book in its explanations. Best reference . Its not an easy book but very comprehensive. the only negative thing is the subjects arranged according by letters not organ.

Horrible kindle version., January 10, 2015

Absolutely no thought was put into the kindle version. Was forced to eventually buy the hardcopy. Customers should be refunded for any purchase of the kindle version or receive a free update for any sensible subsequent version.
Total waste of money!!
