I bought the new 3 volumen set, thinking that I wouldn't need to buy this expensive 7 volume set, but the second edition is very incomplete and very heavy to carry in your bag when you are a resident, first edition it's more complete, more estructured and very practical.

Fonseca's 7-Volume Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery set is an excellent reference for any OMF resident or practicing surgeon. This set covers the full scope of modern OMFS practice.
