 Helps my dry mouth caused by Sjogrens Syndrome

I have a very dry mouth caused by Sjogren's Syndrome and refuse to pay $300 a month for a prescription saliva substitute. I have tried the Biotene toothpaste, mouthwash, gel, and spray. Biotene just does NOT work for me and the gel tastes horrible! While Act Dry Mouth mouthwash works okay for a quick after-lunch breath freshener, I tuck one or two of these in my cheeks several times a day and drink copious amounts of water. The discs stay put and slowly dissolve. I can talk with these in place and no one seems to notice.
A year ago I would have given this product five stars but the formulation seems to have changed around the end of 2014 or early 2015. I used to be able to tuck two discs in my cheeks at bedtime and they would last all night. Now they dissolve faster and I wake once or twice a night with a dry mouth and have to replace them. But they reduce my need for water at night, which reduces the number of bathroom visits and helps improve my sleep quality. So far my dental visits are going well and I'm maintaining my gum tissue.

Perhaps the best product I have ever purchased! Xlimelts has improved my sleep immeasurably. Before using Xlimelts, I typically was able to sleep only about one hour without awakening due to dry mouth. An exceptionally good night was four hours. Now I sleep 6-8 hours without awakening simply by using one tablet at bed time. On those rare occasions when I awaken early now, I just use another Xlimelt and right back to sleep I go. Its fabulous. This product is actually life changing.

This product is the answer to my problem of dry-mouth during the night! I can sleep the entire night without being awakened by gasping for moisture! Thank you! It is almost a miracle blessing for me! Most grateful for the find! SM

I learned about these from my dentist at my last cleaning appointment. Apparently having dry mouth at night while sleeping can cause more problems with dental caries. I put one of these on the roof of my mouth before I go to bed at night. They stick very well and taste ok. My last dental cleaning was perfect. I'm sold! Great product!
