THE SHAME!!! To the author and publisher!!!! No use to the doctor, no practical advice. Even for students the theoretical information is very weak. The worst thing is that author did not even bother to do good pictures, just made fotos from other sources (table fotos made from the screen!!)
I do not know for what I paid my money!
