My husband quit chewing tobacco and these are a lifesaver. They have one pointed end, like a regular tooth pick, and the other end is stubbed with grooves that you can chew on, or hold between your teeth. I don't personally care for the flavor, but he loves it. He says it gives him a sensation as if he's chewing tobacco without the nastiness. They smell great though, and keep his breath fresh all day. The only small negative is that the lid pops off when he carries them in his pocket sometimes. It's probably best to get a small case to travel with.
