Few publications reach a level of "text book" without some notable academic/commercial endorsement. This "text", from and independent and young research Team, shows detail and accuracy in the verbiage used, in the reasoning for choice of the procedure and equally clear and detail photo documentation in support. Excellent reference to explore.
