After the third time, you can see that your teeth are slightly whitened. I stopped after the fourth day just because the trays irritated the gumline around my canines so I can't comment on the full effect of this product. I still use them for whitening, but only for 3 days at a time now.

Kind of a pain to keep them on your teeth. Definitely best to refrain from talking. Other than that they work great!
