I have used this product for years and find it the best for my sensitive teeth and for whitening. BUT this particular order came from the UK (for some odd reason) and took maybe 10 days to get here. On examination, it looks like this actually came from some Eastern European country (because of the printed language on the back). and the paste is a light tan color, not what we are used to in US. And the cap is a twist off rather than flip top. A little inconvenience. The paste is fine ; I didn't want to bother to send it back. In the future I will be more careful to check where it's coming from. The reason I buy this online is I can't find this paste in any store
