3.0 out of 5 stars.  OK, June 02, 2012

Not the best book out there if you are a novice at Stats. However, for dentist it has relevant examples and situations taken from dentistry that you can relate to.

5.0 out of 5 stars.  A "must" for dental researchers and graduates students in dentistry!, January 20, 2009
By M. E. Nunn (Omaha, NE United States)
This is the first solid biostatistical text completely devoted to oral health research. It is not only an excellent introductory biostatistical text, but it is well-written with lots of problems and examples from real-life dental research that will certainly engage the interest of graduate students in the dental sciences as well as being an excellent resource for even highly experienced dental researchers. I highly recommend this book for use in the core biostatistical course for graduate students in dental schools everywhere! I also strongly recommend this book to anyone engaged in dental research on a regular basis.
