The same day it came in the mail, the rubber attachment fell off the elephant. There was no pulling on the rubber attachment. It just was not stitched correctly. I stitched it up and it's as good as new. Other than that it's cute.

My son is only using MAM pacifiers. When I found this, I was thrilled. It fit perfectly around the pacifier. We have been using this plush attachment for over 6 months now, and I have not had issues with it.

 Not for newborns, August 23, 2016

Bought this for my little one as a newborn. It did not work well then as the toy did not have enough heft to keep it in place. Now that he's older, it works much better with him as he is able to grasp it and place it back into his mouth (of course after pulling it out of his mouth himself first and a few bouts of crying). I have this one and the one with the pacifier sewn on and I prefer this one cause it has a bit more give as far as flexibility and space for the pacifier where as the other one is sewn on and has less room for movement.
