com used to have great US based customer service, April 15, 2016

It has been the second time in 2 months that I failed to receive refund for return. I returned this book with 3 other books purchased on Amazon.com. Returned all of them because this book turned out to be for Dental Hygienist rather than for dentists. I received credits for 3 books, not this one. When I call customer service, they would just assure you that refund has been made, just wait patiently. Now, 10 days passed, no refund. Someone in the refund department is stealing money, I urge Amazon.com to investigate. By the way, Amazon.com used to have great US based customer service. After customer service was outsourced to India, it became awful.
