The system tray is pretty good. The light seems to work very well. I had two gripes. 1. The light does not securely fit the trays it tends to fall off. 2. The mouth piece can be extremely uncomfortable so I cut mine then eventually I just put the light to my mouth directly. The gel didn't whiten for me. I had to get a stronger strength. I'm not gonna say which company because I don't endorse anyone. Do an Amazon search and grab the 35% that's equivalent to 40% and you will find who I used with excellent results. "Warning" if you do get a stronger gel USE VASELINE OR FLUORIDE on your gums because IT WILL BURN. Vaseline sounds gross but trust me it's not and better than having sore gums. Overall I like the light and the charging system because it last forever without needing to be recharged. Another good thing is it will turn off after 20 min and you can decide to do a full hour if you want. It's a great system but the gel just didn't whiten my teeth. At first I thought it was because my teeth were already pretty white but I did my son who's teeth where a little yellow and we didn't notice any difference either. so uncomfortable using this mouth guard. i can't stand it longer than 5 min

the mouth part is so big and i have a big mouth.. Its awful to wear i can't stand it.. i can wear it for 6 minutes then my jawbone starts to tense up being in that position.. i suggest a different one with 2 trays one for the top and one for the bottom this one tray sucks.. 5 of 5 people found the above review helpful. Amazing!! I can't even put into words how happy I was with my results. My teeth were noticeably whiter after the first application. I couldn't stop smiling. Not only is the product amazing but Gemini's customer service is too! When I first got Gemini the charger had broken during shipping and didn't work. I called Gemini and they said to mail it back and they would replace it immediately. They were so kind and helpful. I got my new Gemini within a week. I love this product. My friend sells these and the price is not comparable to this one. It was a little difficult to use at first, the mouth piece felt a little too big.
