VERY confusing to set up the voicemail if you want each user to have their own inbox. Telephone customer support was horrible. They farm it out to India and they have no clue how to help. They are also just reading the manual.

This phone is horrible. We bought 4 for our office to replace our old outdated phones. After tons of trouble shooting, splitters, and an at&t technician coming out we are forced to resale these in hopes to recoup some of the cost lost.
I do not recommend these for anyone.

I bought these phones for my small business but was not a good choice. This is a vey basic phone that just rings with no other function- there is no caller ID and no hold music. The speaker doesn't work either.

Shouldn't have speakerphone option! All other features are very good, but on speaker everything is garbled and intermittent at best. Probably some flaw in the noise canceling electronics.
