In the backyard where Charlie has buried his tooth because he no longer believes in the Tooth Fairy, a voracious tree with teeth on its branches appears and begins to devour everything in sight; but all is saved by the bedside appearance of the Tooth Fairy. Skeptical of the Tooth Fairy, Charlie puts his tooth in a treasure chest and buries it in the garden, where it grows into a tree that has teeth and eats everything in sight.

For some reason my youngest child loved this book as a little girl. Gave it to her as a college graduation gift - she immediately recognized the cover. So glad I found it, something she will now hold on to for her children.
