This is a great book to read to children who are at the "losing teeth" stage. It provides a good explanation of what happens and why in an easy to understand way. Parents and children will enjoy reading the book together and discussing the topic.

4.0 out of 5 stars.  Great explanation for young kids, August 11, 2013
By GMomma
Losing teeth is one of those topics that can be tricky to describe to younger kids. My daughter wasn't really freaked out by losing her first few teeth, but she's definitely curious. So this was a great way to walk through the process so she could understand better why we lose our baby teeth and what happens when the new teeth grow in. The visuals help and the way it's written is perfect for kids around the 5-9 year old range when this is all happening. I definitely recommend it for helping to explain what's going on when your kids teeth start to fall out!

5.0 out of 5 stars.  Perfect for my daughter, January 18, 2013
By Kim
My daughter's first tooth became loose this evening and she was scared. This book was perfect to ease her mind about losing her first tooth.
