I love this book! My six year old grand-daughter often requests this book as her bed-time story. The author knows her facts about the human body and presents them in a way that is interesting and easily understood by young children. The illustrations are delightful. The book is really helpful for parents, too, as they struggle to come up with good answers to kids' questions such as those in this book.... How do my eyes work? How does my brain work? How was I born? etc! I highly recommend all of Heather Montgomery's science books; they are "keepers."

This is a great book for teachers and parents. Children love to learn new and real facts! This book has great illustrations, and it easily caught the attention of my children! It's such a fun book to read!
