The story ends happily, accompanied by a well known traditional dancing song. Author Information Elham Dwairy Tabry is a female Arab writer. She received her B.A. in Arabic and Education and her M.A. in Education, specializing in bibliotherapy, from England. She worked in the field of education for more than 30 years, both as a teacher and educator. For several years now she has been awarded the National Author’s Prize for the Most Popular Books among school children. She is often invited to lecture and deliver workshops on parenting, and she talks about various issues related to parenting on national and local public television and radio. She also writes regularly in Arab local journals. Her children’s books are appropriate for the ages 0 and 8, her chapter books for 8 to 12, and short stories for teenagers and adults. Her illustrators are her older daughter, and her son. All her writings reflect her belief in positive parenting. She and her husband have three children and seven grandchildren.
