I found the book to be perfect for children in many ways. My three year old nephew enjoyed pointing out the colors, characters, letters in the alphabet and so on. For the adult, it sends a great message to children. This is a book to have around.

Going to the dentist can be a scary first time experience for children. Even adults dread going to the dentist. Part of this fear may be due to the fact that a visit to the dentist is usually uncomfortable, but another contributing factor to the anxiety one feels at the dentist are the tools dentists use. This book does a great job in introducing the tools and the procedures at the dentist in a way that makes them seem less intimidating for children. The book talks about what each tool is and what it is used for. In addition, the illustrations are amazing! The quality of them is great. I think children would really enjoy looking at them even if they don't know how to read yet. The illustrations remind me of cartoons from the 1990's before all animations were created with modern technology.
I would recommend this book to anyone who cares for children and even adults who feel anxiety before going to the dentist!

What a great tool to introduce young children to the dentist! The story is brilliantly written and fun for children to follow. I would recommend anyone to get this book before taking their chid to the dentist. Would be a great tool to have in all dentist waiting rooms for children.

excellent book especially for children going to the dentist for the first time. It gives kids great information about the dental visit that will ease any fears of the unknown. Also a great all-around book to read to children for enjoyment as well.

Easy to read, wonderful pictures to match page by page. Got it for my siblings, niece and nephew. They enjoyed the book very much. High recommendation if you love reading to your little ones.
