Author Information

Bruno Bissonnette was the youngest faculty member ever awarded a full professorship at U Toronto School of Medicine. Also of note, he was a member of the 1980 and 1984 Canadian swim teams. Both authors have extensive writing and editorial experience with all of the major medical publishers (including the competition listed below).
