I can't believe how well this is holding up. For the price I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong. I weight 260 and I use this every day at my job which requires me sitting on it 6-8 a day while also having to scoot around the floor. Absolutely the best stool I've purchased and I've gone through 4 in the 7+ years I've been working at this job.

I purchased a small drop leaf desk because I had only a small area space to utilize. Then the problem became what kind of chair could I put in such a small area that would not be totally intrusive! As I usually do, I went to Amazon and started to check out literally dozens of desk type chairs and could not find one that was suitable or was priced right for my needs. Then I saw this stool pup up and read the reviews on this particular stool as well as several others. Well, as far as size this is perfect for my needs. When not in use I simply roll it under the desk and it is totally out of the way.
I picked this particular brand because I weigh 250 lbs and the several reviewers mentioned the fact that they were also on the rather weighty side and there was not a problem with the strength of this stool and this was one of the most deciding factors in my purchasing this particular brand and I am completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this to others.

This stool is excellent in every way, the smaller seat and base, make it so easy to maneuver around. It just feels like an appendage. I did change the wheels to wood and tile floor wheels, not so hard on the floors like the wheels meant for carpet. I would recomend this stool to everyone.

This is a very functional well designed and reasonably priced stool. Easily assembled and pleasant to use . And the ring holding the casters prevents tripping over the five legs on lesser stools.
