Love this book and the simple, yet effective, ways Dr. Moffet lays out to build a practice that is truly different (in a very good way).
It's easy to see how Dr. Moffet was able to create an ultra successful practice. I appreciate him sharing the strategies to help other dentists do the same!

If you want to build a fantastic dental office and be UNIQUE wherever you are, you need this book. Inside you will know how Dr. Moffet built an amazing practice by delivering "the ultimate patient experience". He speaks of all the things that will make your practice excellent in customer service, from how to receive the patient when he enters your office, how to answer the phone and many other tips that will make your practice great in this topic of customer service.

The best part is that we can learn from his experience and do the exact same things he did! After all, you know that customer service is extremely important, it can make you go back to some place many times or never go again. Who would you rather be?

Amazing book. I am a dental student who is learning the ropes of dental buisness. I read this without putting it down. It has all the essential information without fluff. Truly unique ideas to make your dental practice stand out. Every practice owner should take the time to read this book. Would love to read more books by this author.

Simply put this is an easy to read, super book on Practice Management. Any dental entrepreneur or any dentist who is going to start their own practice should read this first. The introduction says it all - choose your market and deliver world class customer service. He always says I will show you how to add at least $100,000.00 in billings to your dental practice without spending even one penny more on extra stuff, etc. If you read the bool you will understand how. He is also 100 per cent correct.

I've been an associate dentist for the last 14 years. Last year I summoned up enough courage to purchase my own practice. The practice I purchased is almost completely fee for service. This was terrific for me but also terrifying. I still have a fear that some huge corporate dental office will swoop in and steal all of my wonderful patients. During this whole process, I started reading business books and marketing books. I came across David Moffet's "big yellow book" and was so happy that I did. He gives you very easy to implement ideas on how to treat your patients. It's perfect internal marketing for my practice. In fact, I haven't had to spend a dime yet on external marketing! After reading this book, I felt a little less threatened by corporate dentistry. And now I can get at least a few hours of sleep each night.
