This is a much more durable option than the cheapo plastic ones. You can sterilize it with confidence. Obviously you want to be more gentle using this as the metal comes into contact with your teeth.
The proxyabrush's wire end is a little tricky to bend down into the little groove before tightening the collar.
I had one of these years ago, and finally decided I'd had enough of the plastic ones and ordered this one.

Worth having if you use proxabrush because the head is more compact and cleanly than the plastic version. Easy to install brush.

 Don't buy this, it isn't what you think

Thought I was buying the original that gum replaced with a cheap, worthless plastic handle, but this is a terrible, unusable knockoff. The screw portion instead of being on the lower part as with the original screws on from the top and makes it impossible to fasten on the brush. Thought maybe I could force it into position by screwing it from the top, but the whole thing broke. Complete waste.
